I ship the AI workflows marketing teams actually use.

At Summit Rx I pitched ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n to my CEO. All three got adopted. Then I built the workflows that run themselves: a trigger fires, the right action happens, nobody has to babysit. Across HubSpot, Shopify, and whatever the job needed. Most teams have the AI tools. Few have workflows that act on their own. That's what I build. Looking for a team that wants more of this.

Marketing → Analytics → AI champion.

The thread that connects a decade of marketing, a masters in analytics, and a nights-and-weekends obsession with n8n: I help teams move faster with the right tools.

Orchestration is the skill.

Dispatch a task. The right tool picks it up. Result comes home. Loop. The tools change. The skill doesn't.

Not a wishlist — every tool below has shipped work behind it. Featured tools first, then grouped by the job they do. The same skill works on whatever stack your team already runs; these are the tools I happen to live in.

Interactive walkthrough

Three workflows. Two live at Summit Rx, one personal stack launching soon.

The screens below walk you through how each workflow coordinates its real APIs, in real time. The two Summit Rx workflows are running in production today; the LinkedIn content stack is a personal one I'm finishing now (and planning to bring into Summit Rx after that). Each visualisation is sanitised so I'm not exposing live credentials or real customer data — the structure is the real thing.

Live demo

I don't just talk about AI automation.
I build and run it.

An interactive walkthrough of three workflows. The first orchestrates six smaller workflows to ship a LinkedIn carousel built from this week's news — that one's a personal stack I'm finishing now (planned for Summit Rx after launch). The second auto-syncs leads from a website form into the CRM with full ad-source attribution attached (Pify, a Shopify form app, into HubSpot; the pattern works with any form builder + any CRM). The third logs every website visit into a Google Sheet so we can see which ad campaigns actually convert. Each visualisation shows how the real services talk to each other — sanitised so I'm not exposing live credentials. The architecture stays the same whatever tools your team uses; only the endpoints change.

Four running at Summit Rx today. Two more coming — a personal LinkedIn content stack launching soon (built and tested end-to-end), and a brand content pipeline shipping at Summit Rx in June 2026. No concepts, no mockups.

Sales Pipeline Task Automation

When a deal moves stages in HubSpot (the CRM), follow-up tasks are auto-created and assigned to the right rep with the right due date. The CRM does the remembering, not the human — so nothing falls through the cracks.

AI-Drafted Sales Reply Workflow

Inbound email arrives → ChatGPT reads it, looks up the prospect's history in our CRM, and drafts a personalised reply → the sales rep reviews, edits, sends. Kills the blank-page problem, keeps a human in the loop on every send.

Brand-Voice Custom GPT for Email

A specialised version of ChatGPT that knows Summit Rx's voice — built using Custom GPTs (OpenAI's feature for creating company-specific chat tools) and trained on the team's best past emails. Marketers drop a brief in, drafts come out sounding like us, every time.

LinkedIn Content Automation System

Six workflows wired together to run my LinkedIn presence end-to-end: a carousel-post publisher, a video generator (using Hedra + Kling — AI tools for talking-avatar and motion video), a first-comment bot (drops a value-add comment 45s after a post goes live), a DM bot (Unipile, a LinkedIn API service) that personalises lead-magnet outreach, plus auxiliary workflows for token refresh and error alerts. Built and tested end-to-end on my own infra; launching soon, with the Summit Rx version planned right after.

Automated Brand Content Pipeline

End-to-end content production with human review built in: storyboard → AI-generate visuals + video → marketing reviews and approves → schedule → publish. Higgsfield (an AI image/video model) does the generation work; n8n manages the review gates and publishing cadence so nothing ships without a human nod.

The deeper stories behind the work.

Three projects written up end-to-end — the problem I walked into, what I tried, what actually shipped, and what I'd do differently next time. Each one has a flow diagram and real metrics. The specific tools are Summit Rx-shaped; the same patterns work on whatever stack your team runs.

Testimonials

What people say about working with me.

Three people who've worked directly with me — one current CEO, two former managers.

Most marketing people can’t build automations. Most automation builders don’t understand marketing. Nachiket does both. He runs our paid media across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn — campaign strategy through reporting — and brought Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n into Summit Rx to power the workflows our team uses every day. We keep finding new parts of the business to hand him.
Sumit Salia CEO, Summit Rx Inc
Nachiket was one of the few people I trusted with our biggest paid-media accounts. He’d take the brief, run the campaigns, and come back with the numbers and a recommendation — no hand-holding. Calm under deadline, sharp on analytics, careful with the creative.
Tejas Maha Manager, White Rivers Media
Within weeks of joining, Nachiket had distinguished himself as essential to the team — proactive, curious about the numbers, and the person I trusted with campaigns for Universal Pictures India, including Jurassic World. When we needed a fresh angle for our Dizo client, he built interactive analytical charts that the client loved. He picks up platforms fast, tracks KPIs without being asked, and communicates insights clearly.
Krunali Faria Media Manager, White Rivers Media

FAQ

Questions people ask first.

Quick answers to the things that come up before the first call. If yours isn’t here, email is faster than searching.

Are you actively interviewing right now?
Yes. Currently Sr. Marketing Data Analyst at Summit Rx Inc and looking for a full-time team to grow this with at scale. Recruiters: /hire has the 90-second view (status, visa, references, contact).
What’s your visa status? Can you transfer H1B?
On H1B, open to transfer sponsorship. Transfer typically takes 6–8 weeks (I-129). I’m comfortable answering more specific timeline / priority-date questions on a call.
What tools do you use most?
Daily: n8n, HubSpot, Claude (Anthropic API), ChatGPT, Shopify. Comfortable with Salesforce, Pipedrive, Marketo, Pardot, JavaScript, Python. Tools are interchangeable — the skill is reading a workflow and shipping the pipe.
How long does a typical project take?
The case studies on this site each took 2–3 weeks of focused build time at Summit Rx. A new automation in a similar shape (lead attribution, AI drafting, custom GPT) typically lands in 2–4 weeks once requirements are clear.
Do you have a code repo I can browse?
Yes — github.com/Nachiket1997. The portfolio site itself is open-source and the n8n workflow exports are available on request (just email me with the project name and I’ll send the sanitised JSON).
I just want to chat / pick your brain. Is that OK?
Always. Email is best — nvpai97@gmail.com. I reply within 24 hours, usually faster. No deck required, no agenda. Happy to jump on a 30-min call if you’d rather chat live than type.
Will you join my team / how do I make a strong offer?
Strong offers usually share three things: (1) a real problem I’d be solving (not “wear many hats”), (2) a team that already values measurement and shipping over meetings, and (3) clarity on H1B sponsorship. The pay range matters, but the shape of the work matters more. Email me with the role and I’ll be honest about whether it’s a fit.
