Flagship · Summit Nutritions

Building a brand from launch day.

Summit Nutritions launched in spring 2026 as a direct-to-consumer supplement brand. I built a major part of how it goes to market: the Shopify store, the tracking underneath it, Meta and Google ads, creative, email, SEO and GEO, and the dashboard the CEO runs the business from.

In 20 seconds
  • Website: built the Shopify store end to end (theme code, product pages, subscription offer), then handed it to a dedicated software team with a runbook.
  • Growth: ran Meta and Google from the first campaign, with creative, compliance, lifecycle email, and SEO/GEO built alongside.
  • Data: made every order traceable to its source and built the one-screen dashboard the CEO reads every day.
  • AI: brought Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n into the team to automate the busywork across all of it.

The starting point

A new brand has nothing: no store, no audience, no data, no history of what works. And a supplement brand in a regulated health category can't move fast and break things. Every ad, page, and email has to be defensible.

Everything was needed at once, and it all had to connect: the ad has to match the page, the page has to feed the data, and the data has to tell the owner what to do next.

The store, live today

I built and ran the Shopify store from launch (theme code, product pages, the subscription offer) until a dedicated software team took it over. The storefront and product pages below are live at summitnutritions.com.

What I built

Get found SEO & GEO, organic social, AI answers Get clicked Meta + Google ads, creative testing Get bought Shopify store, product pages, offer flow Get kept lifecycle email, reviews, referrals Get measured attribution, one-screen dashboard
One connected go-to-market, from the first search to the renewal, all measured in one place.
01 · Website

The Shopify store

Built and maintained the store end to end: theme code in Liquid and JavaScript, product pages, the subscription offer flow, and forms. When the company brought in a dedicated software team, I handed it over with a runbook.

02 · Tracking

Every sale traceable to its source

A UTM convention for every link, click-ID capture, and an attribution field on every order, so each sale can be traced back to the ad, email, or search that started it.

03 · Paid media

Meta and Google from the first campaign

Account structure, creative testing, and compliance in a restricted health category, with success judged on paid renewals rather than first orders.

04 · Creative & content

What the brand says, and how

180 ad files reviewed before launch, competitor research in the Ad Library, organic Instagram plans, and a brand-voice Custom GPT so the whole team writes like one brand.

05 · Lifecycle

Email that respects the customer

Audited four sending systems and rebuilt the program around the subscription billing calendar: welcome, onboarding, win-back, referrals, reviews.

06 · SEO & GEO

Found on Google, quoted by AI

Keyword-to-intent mapping, product titles and descriptions, structured data, and answer-first content written inside supplement-claim rules.

07 · Analytics

The business on one screen

Ten data sources joined every hour into the dashboard the CEO opens every morning, with every number explained and reconciled to the cent.

08 · Strategy

What a customer is worth

A customer-level unit-economics model that tells the CEO how much the business can afford to pay for a customer, and which levers move it most.

In the CEO’s words

“Most marketing people can’t build automations. Most automation builders don’t understand marketing. Nachiket does both.”
